COLORS IN YOUR LIFE
Isaac 43:18
“Remember not the former things, nor consider the things of old.
Behold, I am doing a new thing; now it springs forth, do you not perceive it? I will make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert."
Remember not the former things,
We are born and raised following rules within our families. We learn family values, how to behave in public places, how we should eat, when it is appropriate to have a loving relationship and therefore marry and procreate, we also learn to work, pay taxes, go on vacation, save money, etc. But no one ever teaches us how to live a Christian life by putting aside everything we have already learned. Forgetting all these things will lead us to have space in our hearts to store the word of God that will be our guide every day of our existence.
nor consider the things of old.
And yes, suddenly things have not turned out as you expected and you have been suffering with this weight of something that you want and it has not yet been given to you. But remember that it has already happened, it has already happened and we must continue on the path. Later we will be able to understand why things did not happen this way. But for now, we must keep moving and not stay living in the past that cannot be changed.
Behold, I am doing a new thing
Why do we lose life and the colors that God has given us when things do not turn out as we expected or planned?
Well, here we must understand that no matter what we have been through, our Father is creating something new for us every day. He has already designed our path and awaits us so that we are the ones who paint it together with Him. We are his most precious purpose. His light illuminates all our paths and tells us to always look ahead and let go of the things of the past to focus on what He has prepared for us
now it springs forth,
Since God created this world, He designed, painted and decorated it in a majestic and precious way. He painted the skies, the seas, the mountains and when He came to us he also painted us with HIS colors that are unique to each human being. As you read this, He is doing things for you, He is clearing the way for you to continue but He expects you to turn your burdens over to Him and Him alone. But remember, the colors He gave you do not shine at the same time and cannot be effective if you are burdened with your past.
do you not perceive it?
That is why when someone around us is struggling with something that we have already gone through. We know how to deal with it because we already shine with that particular color and we can guide the person along the path that we have already walked with the Lord and all this is a plan from God. He gives us His shelter and puts people around us who become our community to help each other.
I will make a way in the wilderness
Over time, these colors change and mix with new colors that the Lord adds which describe our battles, victories, burdens and everything we keep in our hearts. When we learn to handle the difficulties of life and let go of what does not lead us to the Lord, it becomes easier to face them and our colors vary in tone and stand out more than others along the way.
Colors are with us all the time and define how God has painted and equipped us through the years with his different color palettes. He, as our artist, modifies, changes and guides us through new deserts where we will meet people who might need a hand and the word of the Father to follow his path.
As much as you walk through the desert, no one can change the colors of the palette that the Lord gave us. He takes away and He puts, He does and He disappears because He is omnipotent and powerful. He makes our way in the desert but if we have Him we will continue to shine regardless of the drought where we are walking. God is with you and will not allow anything to happen to you.
and rivers in the desert.
The world will try to change the creation of the Father with thoughts and actions that will lead to the human being losing the tone of the colors that He chose for you. That is when we must seek wisdom and decide if we allow the world to distort the true colors when we decide to follow your flesh and not Christ. Store your colors in a safe, holy place where He can use them as much as He wants. He is opening rivers in the desolate places where the world has damaged, desecrated and corrupted all of the Father's creation.
That is why this world is falling down and getting darker day by day. But we have the colors to paint it and spread His word to all nations. We can help people who lost everything due to the darkness of sin and lead them to recover them in His presence through His word, and He will take care of unleashing their colors again.
Are you ready to let go of your past, and paint your present with the color palette that God gave you? Today thank that friend that God sent to accompany you and who guided you to find your colors again in the Father.
